AS/RS Unitload
AS/RS Unitload automation maximizes available space in existing facilities and minimizes storage space by up to 40 percent as compared to traditional storage solutions. Pallet Shuttle
The Pallet Shuttle is an automated storage system designed for high-density storage, in which an electric-powered shuttle moves along rails within a storage bay’s tier. This system offers a significant advantage over forklifts by reducing operating times and allowing SKUs to be grouped by storage tier rather than the entire bay. The shuttle is controlled by a user-friendly, WiFi-connected tablet and can deposit loads in the first available location within the tier, while also compacting pallets for maximum efficiency. The absence of forklift traffic within the lanes increases storage capacity and minimizes the risk of accidents, while also reducing damage to the shuttle racks.
