GRAVITY FLOW RACKS

Push Back Rack

The pushback rack is a unique storage solution designed for materials to be stored by pushing them onto the rack. The rack is built on a gently sloping ramp which allows the stored materials to easily flow down the ramp towards the aisle where they can be picked. As new loads are added onto the rack, they push back the pallets in front of them, creating a Last In, First Out (LIFO) system. The nested carts of the pushback rack also make it effortless to place and retrieve pallets. With its high storage density, the pushback rack is an excellent space-saving option for your facility.

Pallet Flow Rack

Pallet flow is an efficient storage solution designed to enable the movement of multiple pallets by depositing in one end of the system and retrieving out the other end. This rack system operates on a First In, First Out (FIFO) basis and can be customized to meet a variety specific capacity requirements. The system’s support beams can be arranged at various heights and angles, providing a sloping surface that facilitates the smooth flow of pallets. Implementing pallet flow can enhance the speed and precision of pallet transfers in your facility.

Carton Flow Rack

Carton flow is a gravity-based racking system that features a rear product-load design. Cartons are loaded on one end of the system and picked out from the other. As each carton is removed, the next one in line moves forward to take its place, following a First In, First Out (FIFO) process. This system is ideal for high-volume order picking and can significantly reduce operator activity.
