This compact system is optimized for vertical storage and is particularly useful for storing, moving, and fulfilling orders for small or irregularly shaped goods in totes. Beyond enhancing pick box handling, the Miniload system incorporates basic ergonomic and safety features, ensuring efficient, safe work and maintenance operations. Utilizing stacker cranes, the Miniload system boasts an impressive standard horizontal speed of nearly 600 feet per minute and a standard vertical lifting speed of just over 300 feet per minute, significantly improving picking times and operator efficiency.
Vertical Lift Modules (VLM)
Vertical lift modules (VLMs) are fully automated vertical storage systems that take up a smaller footprint by taking advantage of high ceilings, thus maximizing storage potential. Items can be stored up to 53 feet high in a safe and secure unit that automatically delivers them to an operator with the user-friendly controller or scan of a barcode.
